取人之长:我国社区建设对国外智力的参考与借鉴

摘　　要：本文认为,我国社区建设处于发展初期阶段,通过国外智力引进渠道以利解决社区建设发展难点问题是必要的,同时以案例说明其可行性和可操作性。在社区建设领域参考借鉴发达国家的经验必须根据国情特点因地制宜,特别是在政府引导、发挥非营利组织和专业社会工作者的作用等方面有所取舍,用其所长。This paper proposes that China＇ s community construction is still at initial stage of development and that it is necessa- ry to solve difficult problems in community construction and development by bringing foreign intelligence to China and provides the cases to illustrate its feasibility and operability. In community construction field, learning and utilizing the experience of developed countries must take action that suits local circumstances of China, especially, make use of the strong points of the persons in the perspective of government guidance, and bring into play the role of non - profitable organizations and specialized social workers.
