摘　　要：大学校长是一个有其特定内涵与历史范畴的概念,其产生经历了一个历史发展的过程。通过把"大学校长"概念的诠释置入大学特定管理属性范畴,放在与其产生历史的辨证关系中进行梳理,并把这两点衔接起来,才能揭示出大学校长重要的职业面向。University Principal is a concept of specific meaning and historical context, his emergence has experienced a historic＇, development process. Through the integrating the concept interpretation of ＂University Principal＂ into specific management attributive category and rationalizing his emergence history in dialectical relation and by connecting the two points, the important career orientation of University Principal can be revealed.
