基于TAM的移动证券用户采纳影响因素研究

摘　　要：移动证券具有广阔的应用前景,而消费者的参与是移动证券成功的关键。针对目前用户对移动证券采纳意愿不高这一障碍,对技术采纳模型进行拓展,将信息质量、结构性保障和相关群体纳入考量范围,构建了移动证券用户采纳的理论模型,试图探讨对用户采纳移动证券发生作用的影响因素。通过问卷调查,搜集了174份有效问卷,采用SPSS和AMOS软件进行统计分析和结构方程模型分析,对该理论模型进行检验,并进一步修正了理论模型。最后,对数据分析结果进行了讨论并指出未来的研究方向。Mobile Securities has broa the success of mobile securities. By questionnaire survey, we collect 174 valid questionnaires, conanalysis and Structural Equa model and revise the theoret data analysis and point out the direction tion Modeling analysis by SPSS and AMOS, and then test ical mode. Finally, we make a discussion on the results of future work.
