洛汀新治疗老年人充血性心力衰竭的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察洛汀新(苯那普利)治疗老年人充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法选择66例CHF老年患者,其中男36例,女30例,平均年龄(75±12)岁。经常规抗心衰药物(利尿剂、洋地黄、扩血管药)等治疗效果欠佳的老年CHF患者,给予口服洛汀新5～10mg/d,治疗4～6周。观察治疗前后心率、心胸比、血压、左室舒张末期内径、左室射血分数以及心功能的变化。结果治疗后心率、心胸比、血压、左室舒张末期内径与治疗前比较均明显下降(P<0.05)。左室射血分数增加(P<0.05),心功能改善1～2级,药物不良反应少,患者耐受性好。结论洛汀新治疗老年CHF疗效好,不良反应少,是理想的治疗药物。Objective To investigate the effect of Lotensin(Benazapril)in treating geriatrics patients with congestive heart failure.Methods Sixty-six geriatrics patients(male36,female 30,average age(75±12)),who had unsatisfactory results under conventional digitoras,diuretics,vasodilators therapy,were given lotensin(angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor,ACEI)5~10mg orally once a day for 4 weeks^6 weeks.The changs of heart rate(HR),blood pressure(BP),cardiothoracic ratio,left ventricular end diastolicdiameter(LVDD),left ventriculareection fraction(LVEF) and cardiac function(NYHA) were observed.Results After 4~6 weeks therapy,HR、BP、cardiothoracic ratio and LVDD all decreased significantly(P<0.05);LVEF increased(P<0.05);Cardiac function(NYHA)improved 1~2 grade.Lotensin had few advese effects and patients tolerance was perfect.Conclusion The effect of Lotensin in treating geriatrics patients with congestive heart failure is satisfactory.It has few adverse effects.It is perfect for congesitive heart failure among geriatrics patients.
