浅谈西二线大口径管道施工

摘　　要：西气东输二线输气管道工程(西段)3B、4A标段管道管径大、埋深在4m左右,施工状况复杂,且施工人员对于作业带划分、细土回填、多台大吨位吊管机下沟等经验缺乏。文章详细介绍了管道二公司根据大口径管线安装特点,在施工中总结出行之有效的反向焊接减少作业带宽度、RTK测量、筛箱筛细土、吊篮下沟等施工工艺,实践证明这些工艺提高了施工速度、缩短工期、保证了施工质量,取得了较好的经济效益。West-East Gas Transmission No.2 Line project （west part） 3B, 4A pipe＇s diameter is large, and burying depth is about 4 meters. The construction is complex, and the workers are not experienced in working zone division, backfill, and use of large sideboom tractors in ditch. The article presents the characteristics of large-diameter pipeline installation, and comes to the effective hack hand welding, RTK measurement etc. It is proved that these techniques improves construction speed, shorts the time of project, and insure the construction quality.
