摘　　要：现代高校附属医院的人力资源管理已成为医院管理者日益关注的重要课题。本文分析了高校医院人力资源管理的现状,并针对现状提出了柔性管理在高校医院人力资源管理中应用的探讨。Modem human resources management of affiliated hospital of college has become the important issue concerning by hospital managers. The article analyzes its situation and the application of soft management in human resources management of affiliated hospital of college.
