摘　　要：经济区建设需要先进文化。体育文化是大众喜闻乐见且具有较高实际操作性群众基础。高等学校拥有充足物力资源和雄厚的人力资源,充分调动、统筹利用这些资源,是经济区建设整体筹谋不可或缺的内容。同时,体育教育的发展,有促进体育文化的的发展,最终将促进关天经济区的整体发展。Economic zone requires advanced culture. Sports culture is popular in the public and the actual operational with high mass base. Colleges and universities have sufficient material resources and abundant human resources, so to fully mobilize and use the resources is essential to make the whole plan of the economic zone. Meanwhile, the development of physical education can promote the development of sports culture, and will ultimately the overall development of Guanzhong-Tianshui economie zone.
