摘　　要：高校学生干部是大学生群体中的先进分子,是高校教育管理工作的主体和骨干,是组织开展大学生思想政治教育的重要骨干力量,也是高校培养拔尖创新人才的重要组成部分,在高校教育及管理工作中有着十分重要的地位。而学生干部的思想观念直接影响其作用的发挥,在学生干部应具备的各种素质中尤为重要。University student leaders are the pioneers of the students group and the main part of education administration. They are the key motive to spreading advanced political ideas among students and the crucial section of university cultivating great and innovating students, who occupy an important position in the university. The idea of student leaders, which influences most in their work, is the central quality.
