摘　　要：成果转化是技术创新的核心环节,是实现科技的经济功能的最好形式。市场机制对促进成果转化具有重要作用。本文分析了科技成果在转化过程中偏离市场导向的现状及原因,并在此基础上提出了完善市场机制加速科技成果转化的对策。Transfer of scientific and technological achievements is the core link of technology innovation, and is the best form to realize the economic function of science and technology. Through market mechanism, transfer of scientific and technological achievements can be accelerated. This paper analyzed the current status and causes of scientific and technological achievements deviated from market orientation, and some countermeasures to accelerate the transfer were made.
