摘　　要：依托资源管理的"人力资源、物资资源、信息资源"结构框架,通过问卷调查等方法对陕西高校体育资源的结构、功能及其特征进行分析;归纳和分析存在的问题及其原因,以经济层面为切入点,构建新时期学校体育资源优化配置的机制和方式,对教育界展开可持续发展展开具体讨论和研究。Relying on structural framework of ＂human resources, material resources, information resources＂ of resource management, through questionnaires and other methods, this paper analyzes the structure, function of universities＇ sports resource in Shaanxi Province, and its features, summarizes the problems and their causes, and builds mechanisms and methods of optimal allocation of sports resources in the new period, makes specific discussion and research of sustainable development carried out by educational circles from economic level.
