摘　　要：市政公共事业改革是我国市场经济体制深入发展的必然要求和结果,但是这一领域的改革还存在许多问题,文章从问题分析入手,提出了"坚持效率和公平并重的价值取向;强化自律和监督评价机制;完善法律体系、完善现行的价格机制"等市政公用事业改革的对策措施。The reform of municipal public utilities is inevitable requirements and result of further development of China＇s market economic system, however, there are still many problems in this field. In this paper, based on the analysis of problems, countermeasures of reform of municipal public utilities were put forward, such as insisting on value orientation of paying equal attention to efficiency and equity; strengthen self-discipline and monitoring and evaluation mechanisms; improving legal system and existing price mechanism etc.
