新农村建设必须完善农民利益表达机制

摘　　要：完善农民利益表达机制是新农村建设的重要内容,是党夯实执政基础的重要途径,是维护农民权益的重要举措。我国现行农民利益表达机制存在着农民利益表达机会不平等、农民利益表达缺乏组织化、农民制度内利益表达渠道不畅通、农民非制度化利益表达上升等问题。完善农民利益表达机制要从建立农民利益表达组织、完善农民利益表达的制度与法律保障和保障农民利益表达机会平等等方面入手。Perfecting farmers interest expression mechanism is the important content of new rural construction, an important way to tamp the ruling foundation of the party, and an important measure to safeguard farmer rights and interests. Our present farmers＂ interest expression mechanism exists with inequality of opportunity; farmers are lack of organization system of interest expression channels,and farmers＂ non-institutionalized interests expression rise. We must improve farmers＂ interest expression mechanism by building perfect organization, perfecting farmers benefit expression system, legal protection, and the protection of farmers＇ interest expression with such as equality of opportunity.
