摘 要:目的分析对比双耳突聋与单耳突聋的临床特点及治疗效果。方法选取2009年1月~2011年1月220例突聋患者,随机分为观察组(A双耳突聋)22例和观察组B(单耳突聋)198例,观察分析两组的临床特点,比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组患者的年龄、高脂血症及糖尿病的患病率比较存在明显差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。两组疗效比较存在显著差异,治疗后两组听力水平均有提高,观察组B的听力增益更为明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论高龄、发病时间长、有并发症等是突聋患者预后不良的影响因素,双耳突聋的治疗效果欠佳。Objective Analysis and comparison of ears with sudden deafness sudden deafness in one ear with the clinical features and treatment. Comparison of two groups there were significant differences between the two groups after treatment were improved hearing level, hearing gain observation group B, more obvious (P〈0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion Age, the incidence of long hours, there are complications in patients with sudden hearing loss is the factor of poor prognosis, the treatment of sudden deafness ears ineffective.
