摘　　要：分析了当前各ITS子系统的状况,以及建设智能交通综合信息平台的重要性和必要性;介绍了SOA和WebServices计算技术;提出了基于SOA的智能交通综合信息平台的集成架构、优势、集成的重点和难点;并对该平台的实现作了分析。We analyze the current situations of all ITS, as well as the significance and necessity of building integrated information platform for intelligent transportation system, introduce SOA and Web Services computing technologies, put forward the architecture and superiority of SOA-based integrated information platform for intelligent transportation system, and its keys and difficulties in integrating, furthermore analyze the implementation of the platform.
