摘 要:现代数据传输技术可以成功地实现图像、声音信号的数字化以及对声像信号的处理和远距离传送。这一技术的应用,使得电力行业在数字监控系统中增加了除传统"四遥"(遥测、遥信、遥控和遥调)之外的另一项功能—遥视。文章通过软硬件实现和SCADA系统接口,并根据系统的信息自动调整摄像机对准监视目标,同时变电站视频及环境监控系统还可以同消防保安等设备相联系,并设有报警联动措施,真正实现变电站的无人值班。With the development of modem data transmission technology, it allows the digitalization of image and audio signals as well as long distance transmission of video signals. Therefore, in addition to the traditional telemetry, telesig- nalisation, telecontrol and telerequlation, remote viewing is applied to the digital monitoring system in electric power in- dustry. In this paper, it realized the interface of monitoring system and SCADA system by hardware and software. According to the SCADA system, it could automatically adjusts surveillance cameras at the goal. Meanwhile, the remote viewing system could link to the fire-fighting and other security equipment, and set up an action with alarm so as to realize an unmanned substation.
