长三角地区汽配产业集群发展模式比较研究——以上海嘉定、杭州萧山为例

摘　　要：文章从产业集聚规模、产出效益、主体特征、外资依存度、外贸出口方式和自主创新能力等方面比较分析了上海嘉定和杭州萧山汽配产业集群发展的特点。文章认为,长三角地区汽配产业集群的发展,应加强协调,加快建设长三角地区汽车零配件产业带;借鉴优势、防范风险,提高汽配产业集群质量;围绕国内国际需求,巩固现有市场,拓展新兴市场;加快产业结构调整,提升产业高度和国际竞争力;联合开展科技研发,抢占低碳和新能源汽车技术创新制高点;优化企业投融资环境,促进民营资本做大做强。This paper has selected the Auto Parts Industry Cluster of Shanghai Jiading and Hangzhou Xiaoshan in Yangtze River Delta as the studying object, and utilized the data of statistic books from 2007 to 2009 Characteristics of Auto Parts Industry Cluster development of the two regions were compared from industry cluster scale, output efficiency, the features of economic entity, external dependence, foreign trade export way, and independent innovation ability etc. This paper analyzed the anti-crisis ability and competitive capability of the two Auto Parts Industry Clusters in crisis, and some suggestions were proposed for quicken upgrading the level of competitive capability of Auto Parts Industry Cluster in Yangtze River Delta.
