摘　　要：丙酮氰醇装置冷冻水系统利用制冷剂氨及载冷剂氯化钙,通过往复式压缩机循环制冷,为设备提供-10℃和-25℃2种低温盐水冷源。实际运行中氯化钙盐水对设备的腐蚀严重,文中分析了冷冻水系统设备的腐蚀机理和原因,采取了相应的防护措施,有效提高了设备的抗腐蚀能力。The acetone cyanohydrin unit uses ammonia as refrigerant and calcium chloride as cooling medium to provide -10℃and -25℃low temperature salt water cooling sources by cycle refrigeration of reciprocating compressors.During the actual operation,the salt water of calcium chloride made severe corrosion to the equipment.This paper analyzed the corrosion mechanism and cause of the equipment of the refrigerated water system,adopted the corresponding protection measures,and efficiently improved the corrosion resistance of the equipment.
