笼养黄羽肉鸡对刺激物颜色和形状的选择初探

摘　　要：采用瞬时扫描取样法和目标动物观察法,记录5～26日龄笼养黄羽肉鸡的行为,并分别在5～14日龄和17～26日龄比较黄羽肉鸡对3种颜色(红、白和绿)和3种物体(球、绳和棍)的选择偏好。结果显示:笼养黄羽肉鸡趴卧行为比例最高;刺激物组与对照组相比,采食时间极显著减少(P<0.01),其余时间极显著增多(P<0.01);笼养黄羽肉鸡偏好绿色刺激物,而对刺激物形状没有选择差异。In the present study, the scan,sampling and the focal-animal sampling methods were used to record the behavioral time budget of the caged yellow-feathered broilers from 5-day old to 26-day old. The selection of the stimulators＇ color and shape were observed in 5-14 days old and 17-26 days old, respectively. The results showed that the yellow-feathered broilers spent the most time lying. Compared with the control group, the stimulant group spent less time eating （ P〈0. 01 ） and more time ＂others＂ （P〈0. 05 ）. In selection of the stimulators＇ color and shape, the caged yellow-feathered broilers preferred the green, but there was no difference in the selection of the shape. Therefore, we suggested that presence of the stimulator could increase the behavioral diversity and improve the welfare of broilers.
