摘 要:通过坐标变换把量子棒的哈密顿量由椭球边界变为球形边界.采用线性组合算符方法,研究了量子棒中弱耦合杂质极化子的基态能量与椭球纵横比、量子棒的横向和纵向有效受限长度、库仑束缚势和电子-声子耦合强度的关系.结果表明:基态能量随有效受限长度的减少而迅速增大.表现出量子棒珍奇的量子尺寸限制效应.基态能量随库仑束缚势、纵横比和耦合强度的增加而减少.The Hamiltonian of a quantum rod with an ellipsoidal boundary is given after a coordinate transformation that changes the ellipsoidal boundary into a spherical one.We then study the ground state energy of the weak-coupled impurity polaron in a quantum rod.The effects of the ellipsoid aspect ratio,the transverse and the longitudinal effective confinement lengths,the Coulomb bound potential and the electron-phonon coupled strength are taken into consideration by using the linear combination operator method.It is found that the ground state energy will increase rapidly with decreasing confinement lengths.These can be attributed to the interesting quantum size confining effects.The ground state energy is a decreasing functions of the Coulomb bound potential,the ellipsoid aspect ratio and the electron-phonon coupled strength.
