自拟润肤祛斑倒模治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟润肤祛斑倒模治疗黄褐斑的疗效特点.方法:按就诊顺序,将随机使用自拟润肤祛斑倒模治疗和千白氢醌乳膏治疗的黄褐斑病例分为治疗组与对照组,观察两组用药后4周、8周时皮损部位的颜色和面积变化,对黄褐斑、皮损进行评分和统计分析.结果:治疗组与对照组在用药后4、8周时总有效率比较均有差异(P<0.05).治疗组随治疗时间延长,有效率明显增加,且刺激性小.结论:自拟润肤祛斑倒模是一种安全可靠的祛斑方法,祛斑作用持久,治疗效果随使用时间延长而增加.Objective：To investigate the efficacy characteristics of self-made reverse mould for moistening skin and dispelling dreckle for the treatment of melasma.Methods： The patients treated with self-made reverse mould for moistening skin and dispelling dreckle or hydroquinone cream were randomly divided into the treatment and the control groups according to their treatment order.The color and the size of melasma were observed at 4 and 8 weeks after treatment.Statistic analysis was performed to assess the skin lesions.Results： The total effective rate was not significantly different between the treatment group and the control group both at 4 and 8 weeks after treatment（P0.05）.The efficiency in the treatment group was significantly increased with the extension of therapeutic time,and low irrtating.Conclusion： The self-made reverse mould for moistening skin and dispelling dreckle is a safe and reliable way to dispel freckle,and has a lasting effect,and an increasing effect with the extension of therapeutic time.
