青少年白发与遗传因素的病例对照研究

摘　　要：目的：调查青少年白发的发生与遗传因素之间的关系。方法：采用调查问卷的59名青少年白发患者与118名非青少年白发者进行调查，涉及年龄、性别、首发部位、遗传等，利用SPSS19．0软件进行青少年白头与遗传因素病例对照研究。结果：样本中青少年白头患者的百分比为23．3％，少白头发病与遗传因素有统计学意义（卡方=21．72 P〈0．01），有少白头家族史的中患少白头的可能性是无少白头家族史的6．625倍（OR=6．625）。结论：青少年白发的发生与遗传因素有关。Objective：To study the relationship between hereditary history and postnatal juvenile poliosis. Methods：59 juveniles each having more than 10 grey hairs were selected and another 118 juveniles served as controls. The age, gender, hereditary history were collected. Results：The percentage of juvenile poliosis is 23.3% ,Those with hereditary history have a higher risk of poliosis than those with hereditary history （OR=6.25. 31 ,χ2= 21.72,P〈0.01）. Conclusions.Juvenile poliosis is associated with hereditary history.
