脑卒中病人吞咽功能障碍综合康复治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨脑卒中病人吞咽功能障碍的最佳康复治疗方法.方法：采取传统康复与现代康复相结合的综合康复治疗方法,并与传统康复的针灸疗法进行了疗效对比.结果：综合康复治疗的痊愈率为71.67%,传统康复针灸疗法的痊愈率为51.67%.结论：综合康复治疗的康复质量明显高于传统康复的针灸疗法.Objective：To study the best rehabilitation methods of the swallowing function obstacle of the stroke patients. Methods：To adopt the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment method by combining the traditional acupuncture treatment and the modern rehabilitation, contrasting with treatment effect of the traditional acupuncture therapy. Results：The recovery rate of the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment is 71.67%, the recov ery rate of the traditional acupuncture treatment is 51.67 %. Conclusion： The rehabilitation quality of the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment is obviously higher than the traditional acupuncture therapy.
