摘  要:地区电网的电源是连接上下级电网的变电站。将REI等值用于地区电网电压无功优化控制以解决优化模型中平衡节点的选取问题,并针对下级电网很难获取上级电网运行参数的情况,提出变距线性回归分析的方法,根据本地数据通过波动滤波器和向量平移变换得到有效样本点集合,采用时间加权回归求取等值参数。实例表明,该模型可以在不需要获取上级电网信息的情况下准确反映边界母线的电压无功特性,使下级电网具备优化调节边界母线电压的能力,同时使全网母线电压计算更准确,与常规模型相比优化计算中只增加了一个节点,因此计算简单、实用性强。The power supply of regional power grid is a substation that connects the upper and lower grid. REI equivalent is applied to solve the problem of slack node selection in voltage and reactive power optimization control in regional power grid. Taking into account the difficulty of getting the upper grid operating parameters, varying-intercept linear regression method is proposed to obtain equivalent parameters according to local data, in which valid sample points are obtained through fluctuation filter and vector translation transformation and analyzed by time-weighted regression method. Case analysis show that without the information of the upper grid, this model can reflect the characteristics of voltage and reactive power of the boundary bus, enable the lower grid to regulate the voltage of the boundary bus, and make the calculated voltage of the whole grid more accurate. Compared with conventional model, this model only adds a node in optimization calculation, so it's simple and practical.
