摘  要:提出了能够计及极端灾害情况下城市配电网安全供电的多场景规划模型,并在含微网配电系统规划中应用。给出了比传统规划更细致的抗灾型规划场景划分、负荷分级及计算停电损失费用的方法;建立了基于微网的城市配电网抗灾型规划模型及给出相应方法步骤,该模型能够同时计及传统规划最大负荷场景与灾害场景的供电可靠性与经济性。通过实例比较含微网抗灾型规划方案与传统规划方案的可靠性与经济性指标,说明当既考虑传统场景又考虑极端场景的情况下,该模型更具有效性和优越性。This paper proposes a multi-scenario anti-disaster planning model for urban distribution networks, which takes extreme disaster situation into account. And this model has been applied in distribution networks containing microgrid. First, it presents scenarios and load classification methods and outage loss calculation which are more precise than those for traditional planning. And then an anti-disaster planning model for urban distribution networks based on microgrid is set up and the corresponding methods and procedures are presented. This model considers the reliability and economy of both the traditional peak load planning scenario and various disaster scenarios. Finally, through a practical case and by comparing the reliability and economic index of the anti-disaster planning method containing microgrid with that of the traditional planning method, it has shown that the proposed planning method has higher effectiveness and superiority when both traditional and extreme scenarios need to be considered.
