摘 要:分析了目前广域继电保护的主要保护原理,包括广域电流差动保护原理、广域方向比较保护原理和基于广域信息的自适应继电保护,并针对它们的研究现状及存在问题提出建议。然后从应用角度,阐述了广域继电保护的系统结构,以及信息域划分方法,并讨论如何基于广域冗余信息实现系统容错和优化。最后探讨了IEC61850、Agent技术、网格计算技术等相关信息处理技术在广域继电保护中的应用。基于广域信息的继电保护与稳定控制有机协调构成的广域保护已经成为现代电力系统的研究热点,是未来保护与控制的发展方向。The paper first analyzes the main protection principles utilized in wide-area relaying protection system, including wide-area current differential protection, wide-area direction comparative protection and wide-area information based adaptive protection. With regard to the research status and exiting problems, this paper proposes some suggestions. Then from the application aspect, both the system structures and the division methods for information domain in the wide-area relaying protection system are expounded. How to realize system fault-tolerance and optimization based on wide-area redundant information is also discussed. The paper finally investigates how to apply related information technologies such as IEC61850 standard, multi-agent technology and grid computing technology to the wide-area relaying protection system. Wide area information based wide-area protection, which achieves both the relay protection and stability control, has become the central issue of modem power system research, and will be the future of power system protection and control.
