温度软测量技术在新钢中板生产中的应用

摘　　要：温度是影响生产稳定性和产品质量的关键因素之一,但在实际生产中模型计算或实测均存在困难,为此开发了温度软测量方法。本文介绍了温度软测量方法的原理及计算方法,应用于新钢中板厂,取得了较好效果。Temperature is the key to production stability and product quality of plate mill. For temperature calculation and measurement difficulty in production, temperature soft pyrometer method was developed. The theory and measures of soft pyrometer method were introduced. Good achievements were obtained in Xinyu I- ron Steel Co. , Ltd..
