摘　　要：介绍了一种新型轧制润滑剂——纳米水溶性轧制润滑剂,主要介绍了其组分、理化指标、冷却性能。实际应用表明,其润滑、冷却、清洗、防锈性能较好,可降低能耗、实现清洁生产。A new type eco-friendly nanoscale waterborn rolling lubricant was introduced, including composition, physical and chemical indexes, cooling performance. The practice show that its properties, such as lubri- cating, cooling, cleaning and antirust are all good. The energy consumption can be decreased, and the clean production can be realized by applying this lubricant.
