摘　　要：目的研究黄海海燕(Asterina pectinifera)的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、薄层制备色谱(TLC)和重结晶等方法对化学成分进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从黄海海燕(Asterina pectinifera)中分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为:苏-脯环二肽(1)、1-O-十六烷酰基-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖基-丙三醇(2)、3β-羟基-(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯(3)、胆甾醇(4)、苯丙氨酸(5)、豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、鲨肝醇(7)、硬脂酸(8)。结论化合物1为首次从该属动物中分离得到,化合物2,3,6,8为首次从该种动物中分离得到。OBJECTIVE To study the chemicM constituents of starfish Asterina pectinifera from Yellow Sea. METHODS The compounds were isolated and purified by various chromatographic （echniques such as silica gel chromatography, Sephadex LH - 20 gel chromatography, preparative thin layer chromatography, and recrysta-llization , and the structure elucidations were aided by physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and identified as cyclo （Pro-Thr） （1）, 1-O-hexadecanoyl-3-O- β-D-galactopyranosyl glycerol （2）,3β-hydroxy （22E,24R）-ergosta-7,22-dien （3）,cholesterol （4）,phenylalanine （5）,stigmasterol-3-O- β-D-glucopyranoside （6）, batyl alcohol （7） and octadecanoic acid （8）. CONCLUSION Compound 1 from the Asterina genus and starfish Asterina pectinifera, and compounds 2,3,6, and 8 from the starfish Asterina pectinifera are obtained for the first time.
