摘 要:采用压蒸与沸煮试验方法,对钢渣-水泥熟料-石膏胶凝体系稳定性进行试验研究,结果表明:对所构成的三元胶凝体系而言,压蒸法比沸煮法更能敏感的表征其膨胀性;通过对胶凝体系的物相分析和压蒸试样SEM测试,阐述了游离氧化钙、氧化镁及金属铁对体系稳定性的影响规律,获知钢渣-水泥熟料-石膏胶凝体系的膨胀,一方面是由于影响其安定性的不良物相的水化物的堆积反应,另一方面是由于钢渣水化形成的水化物及其孔洞与钢渣中惰性相、水泥水化物粘结弱,结构不致密而导致。Experimental research has been done on the gelling system stability of steel slag,cement clinker and gypsum using autoclaving and boiling processing methods.The result indicates that the expansibility can be better sensitively reflected when using autoclaving processing instead of boiling processing because of the existence of steel slag in the gelling system.Through the phase analysis of the gelling system and SEM test of autoclaving sample,the effecting laws of the system stability which is influenced by free calcium oxide,magnesium oxide and metallic iron.The expansibility of the gelling system composed by steel slag,cement clinker and gypsum are caused by two reasons.One is the accumulation actions of bad phase hydrate which would effect its stability.The other one is the loss structure which is resulted by the poor coherence of hydrate,inertness substances and cement hydrate in the process of hydrate formation.
