摘 要:研究矿渣微粉掺量和碱性激发剂用量对脱硫石膏-矿渣微粉复合体系性能的影响。结果表明:矿渣微粉掺量为20%时脱硫石膏-矿渣微粉复合体系物理力学性能较好,抗压强度、抗折强度和软化系数分别为11.2 MPa、4.6MPa和0.42。采用硅酸钠作为复合材料的激发剂,当碱性激发剂用量为1%时,能够有效激发矿渣微粉潜在活性,提高复合体系性能,7 d抗压强度达12.3 MPa,软化系数为0.56;28 d抗压强度达12.6 MPa,软化系数为0.59。The effect of dosage of granulated blast furnace slag and alkaline activator on the properties of desulfurization gypsum-granulated blast furnace slag composites had been studied.The results indicated that the compressive strength,flexural strength and softening coefficiency of desulfurization gypsum-granulated blast furnace slag composite system were 11.2 MPa,4.6 MPa and 0.42,respectively.The properties of composites were improved because the potential activity of fine power of granulated blast furnace slag was activated by using 1% Na2SiO3 activator.The compressive strength and softening co-efficiency were enhanced to 12.3 MPa and 0.56 for 7 d and to 12.6 MPa and 0.59 respectively for 28 d.
