摘 要:为优化猪粪和秸秆混合物固体酸化的启动条件,该研究分别以碳氮比为11.9、16.0、17.8和22.2的猪粪、秸秆混合物为原料,消化污泥和活性污泥为接种菌,研究厌氧消化反应启动时污泥种类和碳氮比对固体酸化过程的影响,以探索适于初次启动的产酸相的接种菌和混合比例。结果表明:与消化污泥相比,活性污泥具有较高的降解性能和产酸能力;活性污泥接种条件下,在试验碳氮比范围内,以碳氮比为17.8混合物为原料时,有机酸质量浓度可达14g/L,乙酸、丙酸的质量分数分别在50%和20%左右,挥发性固体降解率达23%,表现出较佳的水解和酸化性能,可以满足初次启动的产酸相的要求。To optimize the initial acidogenic conditions of pig manure mixture with straws, effects of different sludge (activated and digestion sludge) and carbon nitrogen ratios (11.9、16.0、17.8 and 22.2) on solid acidogenic process at initial start were investigated to obtain a better inoculum and suitable ratio of pig manure and crop straws. The results showed that activated sludge had higher abilities of degradation and acid production. When carbon nitrogen ratio was adjusted to 17.8 and the mixture was inoculated with activated sludge, volatile acid concentration and VS degradation were elevated to 14 g/L and 23%, whereas acetic and propionic acid contents in volatile acid were stabled at 50% and 20%, respectively. The results demonstrated a favorable hydrolytic and acidogenic performance was occurred, which can meet the requirement of acidogenic process at initial start.
