摘 要:为了提高发动机的性能,该文研究纯柴油和乙醇/柴油双燃料的化学动力学反应机理,分析乙醇加入对柴油均质压缩燃烧的重要物种、自由基和关键反应的影响。结果表明,乙醇在一定程度上抑制了柴油的低温反应,脱氢产物C7H15在低温阶段的裂解反应微弱,一次加氧反应和二次加氧反应起主导作用。还分析了不同进气温度(400K、420K和440K)和当量比(0.2、0.4和0.6)等边界参数对均质压燃发动机燃烧过程的影响。结果表明,初始温度对着火时刻有着重要的影响,当量燃空比对着火时刻和缸内压力、温度变化影响显著。初始温度升高,脱氢反应和加氧反应先增强后减弱,反应时刻提前。当量燃空比增大,脱氢反应和加氧反应增强,反应开始时刻延迟,反应时间缩短。研究结果可为乙醇/柴油双燃料发动机的应用提供理论依据。In order to improve engine performance, chemical kinetic mechanisms of diesel and ethanol/diesel blends were studied. The influences of important species, free radicals and the key reactions on homogeneous charge compression ignition (HCCI) engine fueled with ethanol/diesel blends and conventional diesel were compared. The results showed that with the introduction of ethanol in diesel oil, the first O2 addition and the second O2 addition play more important roles in the thermal decomposition of C7H15. The influences of different intake temperature (400 K、 420 K and 440 K) and different equivalence ratio (0.2、0.4 and 0.6) on HCCI combustion were also investigated. The initial temperature has important influence over the timing of ignition, and the equivalence fuel/air ratio has significant effect on in-cylinder temperature, in-cylinder pressure and the timing of ignition. With the increase of charge temperature, H-abstraction reaction and O2 addition were advanced and enhanced but then decreased. With the increase of equivalent fuel/air ratio, H-abstraction reaction and O2 addition were delayed and enhanced, and the period of reaction was shortened. The results are reasonable and can be used in the performance control on engine fueled with ethanol/diesel blends.
