摘  要:利用碳纳米管(CNTs)对酚醛树脂(PF)/玄武岩纤维(CBF)复合材料进行改性。研究了CNTs含量对PF/CBF复合材料力学性能和烧蚀性能的影响。研究表明,CNTs的加入能明显提高复合材料的力学性能,当CNTs质量分数为1.5%时,复合材料的弯曲强度最大,较未加入CNTs的复合材料提高约39.5%;当CNTs质量分数为0.5%时,复合材料的压缩强度最大,较未加入CNTs的复合材料提高约23.4%。Phenolic resin(PF)/continuous basalt fiber(CBF) composites were modified by carbon nanotubes(CNTs),and the effects of CNTs content on the mechanical properties and ablation properties of PF/CBF composites were studied.The results showed that the mechanical properties of the composites were obviously ablation improved by adding CNTs.When the mass fraction of CNTs was 1.5%,the flexural strength of PF/CBF/CNTs composites reached the maximum,which was 139.5% larger than that of composite without CNTs.When the mass fraction of CNTs was 0.5%,compressive strength of the composites reached the maximum,which was 123.4% larger than that of composite without CNTs.
