摘 要:研究了纳米CaCO3的表面处理及用量对尼龙(PA)6/聚丙烯(PP)合金材料性能的影响。结果表明,采用钛酸酯偶联剂对纳米CaCO3进行表面处理,能有效提高合金材料的力学性能。合金材料中加入10份纳米CaCO3,其力学性能最优,热变形温度达到最大值90.8℃。合金材料的冲击断面SEM照片显示,加入适量的纳米CaCO3能提高各组分材料的相容性,形成韧性的冲击断面。The influences of the surface treatment and quantity of nano-CaCO3 on the properties of polyamide(PA)6/polypropylene(PP)alloy materials were studied.It was revealed that the mechanical properties of the polymer alloy were improved much by the treatment of titanate coupling agents on the surface of nano-CaCO3.The mechanical properties of polymer were best and the heat deflection temperature reached highest value 90.8℃when the content of nano-CaCO3 was 10 phr.Impact fracture SEM photographs of the polymer alloy showed that the compatibility of the ingredients were improved by adding an appropriate amount of nano-CaCO3,and the tough impact fracture was formed.
