摘　　要：总结了导热高分子复合材料的导热理论研究,综述了近年来国内外几种常用的导热高分子复合材料的研究进展,并对未来发展方向进行了展望。The thermal conductivity theory researches of thermal conductivity polymer composites were summarized,and the research developments of several common kinds of thermal conductivity polymer composites at home and abroad were overviewed also.Then the future development direction was forecasted.
