摘  要:为了修订行业标准《冷轧带肋钢筋混凝土结构技术规程》,本文进行了12块配置CRB550冷轧带肋钢筋混凝土板的静载试验,对板的正截面抗弯承载力、刚度、裂缝进行了研究。试验和分析研究结果表明:①试验板在钢筋使用应力达到400MPa时,其裂缝宽度和变形均满足使用状态要求;②实测承载力和规程公式计算的承载力相比较,实测值与计算值比值的平均值为1.28,说明规程计算是偏安全的;③规程(JGJ95-2003)裂缝宽度公式计算值与实测值吻合很好;④规程(JGJ95-2003)的刚度计算值比实测值偏小,建议进行修正。To amend the industry standard"technical specification for concrete structures with cold-rolled ribbed steel wires",twelve concrete slabs with 550MPa cold-rolled ribbed steel wires were tested,then the cross-section flexural resistance,stiffness and cracks of the specimens were studied.Experimental and analysis results show that: ①The tested values of crack width and deflection satisfy the requirements of serviceability limit states when the tensile stress of steel bars reaches 400MPa;②The average ratio of measured bearing capacity to calculated values from equations of stantard is 1.28,indicating that the specification is reliable;③The calculated crack widths from the specification(JGJ95-2003) are in excellent agreement with the measured values;④The stiffness calculated according to the specification(JGJ95-2003) are smaller compared with the tested values,thus corresponding modification was suggested.
