摘 要:在分析金属氧化物避雷器带电测试原理的基础上,提出在超特高压变电站中采用检修电源箱接线法进行避雷器带电测试的方法。通过理论和500 kV变电站现场试验的对比分析得出,PT二次接线法和检修电源箱接线法在避雷器带电测试中有相同的精确度,但PT二次接线法中需要取流过避雷器计数器的电流和电压互感器端子箱内的二次参考电压,比较适用于低压带电测试;检修电源箱接线法只需要取流过避雷器计数器的电流和检修电源箱内电压进行测试,减少了通过取电压互感器端子相内二次参考电压的误碰、误接线的风险。因此检修电源箱接线法可以用于现场试验,尤其适用于500kV及以上电压等级的避雷器带电测试。Based on the analysis of live MOA testing principle, a new test method for live MOA in UHV substation using the maintenance power box wiring is proposed. Through the comparative analysis of theory and field testing in 500 kV substation, the conclusion is obtained that the methods of PT secondary wiring and maintenance power box wiring in live MOA testing have the same accuracy. However, the method of PT secondary wiring needs to get the current flowing through the arrester counter and the secondary reference voltage in the voltage transformer terminal box, and it is more suitable for low voltage live test. The method of maintenance power box wiring only needs to get the current flowing through the arrester counter and the reference voltage in maintenance power box, the the risk of false touch and wiring in gathering the secondary reference voltage in the voltage transformer is reduced, therefore, the maintenance power box wiring method can be applied in the field testing, especially for the MOA live test of 500 kV and above voltage level.
