摘  要:从三方面对500 kV交流系统用无间隙金属氧化物避雷器进行优化设计,提高了避雷器的运行可靠性和经济效益。首先,对电阻片工艺研究,开发出了高性能的电阻片,其能量吸收能力达到7.8 kJ/kV;其次,在有限元法对避雷器的电场进行了优化计算的基础上,对避雷器设计了新型均压环结构,去掉了并联的均压电容。并通过对避雷器进行了实际的电位分布测量,最大电位分布不均匀系数不小于12%;第三,对避雷器外部伞形的结构、内部芯体结构及避雷器外部污秽情况下的避雷器热稳定性研究,并进行了人工污秽试验,通过了Ⅳ级污秽等级的试验验证,最终确认了500 kV交流系统用无间隙金属氧化物避雷器优化设计的合理性。To improve operational reliability and economic benefits of arrester, the author uses optimization design for 500 kV metal-oxide surge arrester without gap for AC system from three aspects was carried out. First, through the resister technology study, high performance resisters were developed, and its energy absorption capacity is up to 7.8 kJ/kV. Second, on the basis of finite element method optimization calculation for arrester electric field, the latest structure of grading ring is designed and parallel grading capacitor is removed. Through actual potential distribution measurement, maximum uneven coefficient of potential distribution is not less than 12%. Third, by artificial pollution test and study on external shed configuration, internal core structure and thermal stability, the arrester passes IV -grade pollution classes tests, and finally the reasonability of optimization design of 500 kV metal-oxide surge arrester without gaps for AC system is verified.
