摘　　要：全面分析了我国林业与世界银行26年合作所取得的显著成效，科学总结了我国林业世行贷款项目积累的丰富经验，提出了新形势下深化与世行合作、推进绿色增长的政策建议。坚持保护和发展相结合，在珍稀优质树种培育上实现新突破；坚持世行贷款与国内项目相结合，在中央级配套上实现新突破；坚持经济效益和社会效益相结合，在突出生态效益上实现新突破。This article comprehensively analyses the remarkable achievements in the cooperation between China＇s forestry and the World Bank during last 26 years, scientific summarizes the experience of China＇s forestry World Bank loan projects, and makes policy recommendations on deepening cooperation with the World Bank and promoting green growth in new situation. Insist on the combination of protection and development, to achieve a break- through in high-quality trees cultivation in the rare loops, adhere to the World Bank loan projects with China domestic projects, supporting the central level to achieve new breakthroughs; adhere to the combination of economic and social benefits, for ecological benefits to achieve new breakthroughs.
