摘  要:简要介绍了逆向软件Surfacer的内外部开发模式,并利用其二次开发功能,结合叶片检测技术,研究开发了针对叶片锻件的检测系统。通过示例程序介绍了程序编写方法。经应用测试,系统可以顺利完成测量工作,界面简洁清晰,便于操作,与传统测量方法相比具有速度快、精度高等特点。该系统的应用对逆向软件在实际生产中的发展有着很大的推动作用。The paper briefly introduces both the internal and external developing modes of the reverse engineering software Surfacer.By applying its re-development function and together with blade inspection technology,a turbine blade forging inspection system has been researched and developed.How to write the program was also introduced by using example program.After application test,it indicated that the system can complete the inspection operation successfully.The interface is simple and clear,easy to operate.By comparing with the traditional inspection method,it is featured with high speed and high accuracy.The application of the inspection system will bring a big boost for development of reverse engineering software in actual production.
