摘  要:采用六苯氧基环三磷腈(HPCTP)作为阻燃剂,添加到聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)合金体系中,探讨了HPCTP对PC/ABS合金的阻燃和力学性能的影响,并利用热重-质谱联用仪及傅里叶红外光谱仪对阻燃PC/ABS合金的热解过程及阻燃机理进行了分析和探讨。结果表明,当HPCTP添加量为20份时,阻燃PC/ABS合金的极限氧指数可达25.7%,并通过垂直燃烧测试达UL 94V-0级,且提高了阻燃PC/ABS合金的拉伸强度,但其冲击强度明显降低;加入HPCTP可促进阻燃PC/ABS合金形成更多稳定的炭层,燃烧后残炭中存在P—O—Ph基团;HPCTP对阻燃PC/ABS合金的成炭作用主要在于抑制PC的分解,对合金中ABS的热分解则无明显抑制作用。Hexaphenoxycydotriphosphaze (HPCTP) was incorporated into polycarbonate/acrylonitrile- butadiene-styrene blend (PC/ABS) in order to study its effect on mechanical property, flame retardancy, and thermal stability. When the content of HPCTP was 20 %, the blend showed a limited oxygen index value of 25. 7 % and a UL 94 rating V-0. With the addition of HPCTP, tensile strength of the blend was slightly enhanced, However, impact strength was seriously damaged. TGA showed that the weight fraction of char layer of PC/ABS after thermal oxidation was 2.72%. P--O--Ph groups were detected in the char by FT-IR. TG-MS showed that HPCTP had an inhibitory action on the thermal degradation of PC, while the influence was not obvious on ABS.
