摘　　要：采用现今流行的数据库和组件技术,通过建立水资源配置系统数据库和对水资源配置中的模型、计算模块组件化,在知识可视化综合集成服务平台上动态搭建水资源配置系统,从而实现水资源的动态配置,使水资源配置可以在水利信息化业务中得到有效应用。通过对甘肃省庆阳市水资源配置的实例研究表明,动态水资源配置模型及其实现机制,能在水资源配置规划中有效应用,为解决水资源配置规划的资源动态配置、支持动态需求等问题,提供了可行的技术方案。Popular database and component technologies are used for establishing database and components of model,computation module for water resources allocation.Dynamic Construction of water resources allocation system is made based on an integrated service platform for knowledge visualization,thus realizing dynamic allocation of water resources and then making it even more effective in the information explosion process of water resources.The application at Qingyang in Gansu province shows that the model for dynamic allocation of water resources and its implementation mechanism can be effectively used for planning for allocation of water resources,thus offering feasible technical proposal for problems of dynamic allocation of resources and demands for supporting dynamics.
