摘 要:通过借鉴地面水力压裂技术的成功模式,研究了煤矿井下水力压裂增透抽采机理,针对单一、低渗高突煤层的特点,研发了一套井下压裂增透抽采技术及装备,并进行了工业性试验。应用效果表明:通过井下对煤体进行水力压裂,中平能化十矿24110工作面煤层渗透率提高了800倍,单孔瓦斯抽放量提高了120倍;鹤壁六矿2115运输巷掘进期间水力压裂后突出危险性效检指标超标率显著下降,瓦斯体积分数普遍降到临界值0.8%以下,大幅降低了煤与瓦斯突出危险性。With the references of the successful mode of the surface hydraulic fracturing technology,the mechanism of the hydraulic fracturing and permeability improved gas drainage in the underground mine was studied.According to the features of the single and low permeability high outburst seam,a completed set technology and equipment of the fracturing and permeability improved gas drainage in underground mine was researched and developed.A industrial trial on the technology and equipment was conducted.The applied results showed that with the hydraulic fracturing of the seam coal in the underground mine,the seam permeability of No.24110 coal mining face in No.10 Mine of Zhongping Energy Company was improved by 800 times,the gas drainage value of a single borehole was improved by 120 times.After hydraulic fracturing,the coal and gas outburst test indexes were dramatically reduced during heading of No.2115 transportation roadway in No.6 Mine of Hebi Coal company.The gas volume fraction was reduced to below critical value 0.8%.The danger of the coal and gas outburst was highly reduced.
