摘  要:加热炉区域作为连铸和热轧的缓冲环节,在平衡物流、组织生产、调节温度等方面具有不容替代的作用。一方面,加热炉系统遵守能量守恒定律,另一方面,其热量传递过程又是不可逆的。正是这种不可逆性,使提高用能效率至关重要,尤其是在节能、减排、提高加热质量等方面备受关注。在宝钢环境经营理念的指导下,提出了面向环境经营的加热模型技术架构,并结合宝钢的实践,介绍了该综合模型的相关内容,包括生产组织模型、温度控制模型、加热质量相关模型;随着实践的深入,该领域的工作将着眼于产品的全生命周期,全面推广面向环境经营的热过程模型技术,为企业和社会创造出更大的价值。The heating furnace area is regarded as a buffer link between the casting and hot- rolling processes. It plays an irreplaceable role in balancing material flow, organizing production, adjusting temperatures, etc. On the one hand, the heating furnace system follows the law of conservation of energy. On the other hand, its heat transfer process is irreversible. It is this irreversibility that makes it very important to improve energy-consuming efficiency in energy saving, emission reduction and heating quality improvement. With the guidance of Baosteel' s environmental operation idea, an integrated model system for the environment operz/tion was proposed. In combination with its application in Baosteel, the comprehensive heating furnace model technology was introduced, including a production organization model, a temperature control model and a thermal quality model. With the deepening of the practice, engineers in this field will focus on product's total life cycle. They will promote this thermal process model technology for the environmental operation and create greater value for the enterprise and society.
