摘 要:宝钢生产实践表明,煤气反窜频繁是COREX-3000的特有现象之一,曾是困扰COREX竖炉稳定的主要问题之一。分析煤气反窜与竖炉压差、炉料的温度、排料和金属化率之间的关系,结果表明,煤气反窜对上述参数均带来不利影响,易导致竖炉炉况不稳定。探讨了正常生产及竖炉炉况异常时煤气反窜产生的原因,并介绍了竖炉中心加粉、下降管添加冷却介质两种降低煤气反窜危害的措施的原理。采用上述措施并结合操作调整,煤气反窜量由20%降低至5%左右。Baosteel ' s COREX production shows that frequent down pipe gas is one of the special phenomena in the COREX -3000. It is also one of the main problems worsening stabilization of a reduction shaft (RS). In this paper, the relationship between the down pipe gas (DPG) and the differential pressure of the shaft, and the other factors like the burden temperature, feedrate and metallization ratio, were analyzed. The result indicates that DPG has brought about some adverse effects on the shaft parameters mentioned above. It can easily lead to unstable operation conditions of the shaft. Under both the normal and abnormal shaft conditions, the DPG would happen. Now the causes have been analyzed. The two measures used to lower DPG hazards have been introduced, including adding fine ore to the center of the shaft and adding cooling medium to the downcomer. Besides the above mentioned measures, the operation has been adjusted, which lowers DPG amount from 20% to about 5%.
