摘  要:为了控制炉缸侧壁温度,宝钢4号高炉采取了限产、堵风口、添加钛矿冶炼护炉等维护措施,以确保高炉长寿。在添加钛矿护炉时,生成的高熔点钛的碳氮化合物导致炉渣黏度大,恶化高炉的透气性,影响各项经济技术指标的提升。宝钢4号高炉在维持入炉钛为10 kg/t的生产条件下,通过采取保证中心、控制边缘的气流模式调整煤气流分布,优化配料降低渣比改善高炉透气性,增加鼓风温度降低湿分促进煤粉燃烧等措施,保持煤比在180 kg/t以上的水平。In order to control the hearth' s side wall temperature, some measures have been taken, such as production restriction, blocking up one or more blast tuyeres, adding titanium- bearing ore, etc. to prolong the No. 4 BF' s service life. But adding titanium-bearing ore would deteriorate the gas permeability because the slag' s viscosity would be increased by the high-melting- point product of titanium carbonitride. It would hinder further improvement in the BF' s economic and technical indicators. Under the conditions of adding 10 kg/t titanium-bearing ore, technicians have taken some measures, which include ensuring the strength of the middle gas flow, controlling the brim gas flow to optimize the gas distribution, reducing the slag ratio to improve the gas permeability, raising blast temperature and reducing humidity to promote the burning of pulverized coal, maintaining the level of 180 kg/t PCI rate or above.
