摘  要:长春市伊通河排水管网改造工程在东、西两岸分别新建排水管道,实现雨污分流。根据工程建设环境和地质情况,分别从设备造价、施工难易程度、施工进度、施工安全性等方面对泥水平衡式顶管、土压平衡式顶管2种工艺进行了比选,确定采用泥水平衡式顶管。重点介绍了顶管设计施工中的几个重点问题,包括检查井距离控制、工作井形式、井径确定、管材选择、沉井设计等,提出了顶管施工中对周围环境的控制要求。Yitong River drainage network renovation project in Changchun will realize separation of rainwater and wastewater by means of laying new drainage pipelines on both sides of the east and the west.According to project construction surroundings and geological conditions,the two techniques of muddy water balanced type pipe jacking and soil pressure balanced type pipe-jacking are compared and the former is chosen from aspects of equipment cost,construction difficulty degree,construction progress and safety,etc.The key points of pipe-jacking design construction are emphasized involving distance control and types of inspection wells,well diameter definition,pipelines material choice and open caisson design,and moreover,the control requirements of pipe-jacking construction surroundings are proposed.
