摘　　要：为了扩充上海轨道交通34、号线的运能,在确保运营安全的前提下对轨道交通3号线实施改造。系统地分析了改造工作的内容,对项目实施过程中的关键技术方案和问题进行了梳理,以便于掌控项目实施过程中的风险,并针对性地深化设计方案。To enlarge the transport capacity of Shanghai Rail Transit L3 and L4,L3 should be reconstructed on the basis of operation safety.The main content of reconstruction project is analyzed systematically in this paper.In order to control the risk during the project implementation,the key technical plan and problems are studied and summarized.Meanwhile,further design plan is conducted correspondingly.
