摘　　要：目的了解吉林市布鲁氏菌病感染情况。方法统计2003～2009年吉林市布病发病情况并进行统计分析。结果2003～2009年吉林市报告布病疫情162例,年发病率在0.22/10万与0.98/10万之间;地区分布中蛟河市发病最多42例,占25.93%;季节分布中4～7月发病相对较多,共发生85例,占52.47%;年龄分布多在20～50年龄组,共147例,占总发病数的90.74%。结论吉林市流行布鲁氏菌病,应采取有效防治措施,降低布病发病率。Objective To understand the situation of brucellosis infection in Jilin City.Methods The incidence of brucellosis in Jilin city from 2003 to 2009 was analyzed.Results From 2003～2009 the 162 brucellosis cases were reported with an annual incidence rate of from 0.22 /100 000 to 0.98 /100 000 in Jilin City.Most of the cases were in Jiaohe City（42 cases）,accounting for 25.93% and concentrated in the months from April to July（85 cases） accounting for 52.47%.Most of the cases were in the age group of 20～50 years（147 cases） accounted for 90.74% of the total.Conclusion Brucellosis was prevalent in Jilin City,thus effective control measures be taken to reduce the incidence of the disease.
