MSCT冠脉成像对针灸治疗无症状性心肌缺血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的以MSCT冠脉成像为主要检查手段,辅以血液流变学、血脂等检测指标,观察不同针灸治疗方法治疗无症状性心肌缺血(Silent myocardial ischemia,SMI)的疗效。方法将40例SMI患者随机分为针刺组和药物组,每组20例。针刺组:针刺手厥阴心包经内关穴为主,辩证分型选穴;药物组:口服复方丹参滴丸。比较两组疗效。结果针刺组与药物组TC、TG治疗前后变化比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组HDL-C、LDL-C治疗前后变化比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);而针刺组与药物组影像学变化比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗前后和组间全血粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压度比较有明显差异(P<0.05),尤其是纤维蛋白原变化差异显著(P<0.01)。结论针刺内关穴具有改善心肌缺血、降低血脂和改善血液流变学的作用,有很好的临床疗效及应用价值。MSCT冠脉成像为针灸治疗SMI提供了较为直观的检测手段。Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture silent myocardial ischemia（SMI）as observed by MSCT coronary imaging.Methods Forty SMI cases patients were randomly divided into acupuncture group（20 cases）treated with acupuncture and drug groups（20cases）treated with compound Danshen pills.The results in both groups were analyzedl.Results The TC and TD acupuncture group and drug group before and after treatment showed statistically significant difference（P0.05）,The levels of hdl-c,LDL-C before and after treatment also showed statistically significant difference（P0.01）;The imaging manifestations in the two groups were without significant difference（P0.05）.Signgificant dfferences were noticed between two groups before and after treatment in whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen and red blood cells have obvious difference compared pressure degrees（P0.05）,especially change of fibrinogen level（P 0.01）.Conclusion The acupuncture therapy is capable of improving myocardial ischemia,lowering blood fat and enhancing the function of blood rheology.While MSCT coronary imaging allow direct observation the results of treatment of SMI with acupuncture treatment.
